A member of the Lagos state House of Assembly representing Ikeja Constituency 1, Honourable Folajimi Mohammed has counselled the youths in his constituency to always shun violence and remain focus in order to be great in the nearest future.
Mohammed dropped this warning after engaging the Youths in Sporting and other Impactful activities which he believed will encourage and lead them to greater height in any of their future endeavours.
According to him, exposing the youths to sporting competitions and other related activities will not only make them fit and healthy but prepare them for future challenges both in their education and other areas of entrepreneurial skills they venture into in the nearest future.
Speaking at the occasion, the Executive Chairman of Onigbogbo Local Council Development Area, Hon. Oladotun Olakanle said the engagement of the youths in sporting activities will encourage them to be more engaged in productive enterprise that will exposed them to more opportunities that will better their lives in the future.
He encouraged them to do away with violence and stay away from trouble especially during this political era where thuggery and hooliganism is the order of the day adding that they should not subject themselves to a tool in the hands of politician who may want to use them for their political gains.
