Abule Egba area in Lagos State went agog on Monday, January 15, when multitude well wishers converge to fecilitates with high chief Ifawemimo Ayinde Ajanaku,the Araba of Ojokoro kingdom.
The Araba who also doubles as The Alagbaa of Oshodi and father to many established print and electronic media practitioners was caught unaware with surprise birthday bash by members of his fans club.
According to Olaide Gold,a print journalist and the brain behind Araba Ojokoro Royal Fans Club 'High Chief Ifawemimo Ayinde Ajanaku has been a help hand to everyone around him, he is always ready to assist people both financial and morally, so he is worth celebrating'.
Speaking further,Gold said, the fans club vission was discussed with Alhaji Yisau who gave a nod to go ahead with the plan and it was accepted by all ' The ewi chant by Fransis Odebunmi popularly known as Odeakewi was use to draw Araba attention very early in the morning to establish the surprise package and he was indeed very surprise, hopefully if the club members continue to work as one family, it will pass the test of time' Gold affirmed.
Araba Ojokoro while giving his vote of thanks extend his appreciation to the people behind the success of the vission, registering the party which was anchored by Foyeke Inaolaji as unexpected success and also to the resourceful people that grace the occassion starting from Oba Awoyemi Oroja, the Onimeran of Meran kingdom, High Chief Ifagbemi Ifajobi,the Araba of Mushin, High Chief Kamarudeen Ajanaku Kamjek, High Chief Abiodun Fagboro, High Chief Seun Agboola, Adeola Fate,Olori Adeola Yusuf, Bisi-Yahaya Abatan, Segun Toyobo among others.
