A Lagos base popular cleric and general overseer of Christ Apostolic Church Mountain of Favour, Prophet Ademola Ajibade who have been drumming support for the President-Elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu with prayer and prophecies on Friday organize a special prayer inside his church for the progress of Nigeria.
According to him, God has revealed to him the winner even before the election day, a reason he keep supporting Tinubu at all cost ‘I have been drumming my support for Tinubu because God told me he will win against all odds, even my fellow pastors abuse me, they call me different names but I maintained my stand because I know my own God won’t fail me.
In his words ‘ Tinubu is a rear being and God choice, it is just that some people that call themselves servant of God did not see the handwriting on the wall because they were clouded by religious selfishness but they fail to know that whoever was ganged against would be helped by God.’ he went further to explain why the church gang up against Tinubu and even told their congregation not to vote for him ‘ The church campaign against Tinubu because they believe they were left out in the choice of his running mate and they strongly campaign against muslim-muslim ticket but they forget that the good Lord have a way of perfecting his things, Tinubu is the chosen one and no one born of man can stop him because is his anointed by God ’
Speaking to journalists shortly after the prayer session, Pastor Ajibade explain why he chose to pray to God to grant Tinubu sound health “ I believe he can do more for Nigeria even more than what he did in Lagos State, Tinubu has led before as the Governor of Lagos State. And for his wisdom and ability as a man, I believe he is the best technocrat for the presidency, ' Pastors Ajibade affirmed.
“I prayed for him before the primary election, I also walked with him in prayer all through the campaign clamoring for a good leader, his emergence as winner simply means God is at work because it can only take the grace of God to scale through all the traps set in the way to bring him down starting from new naira notes re-design, fuel scarcity, tribal and religion war.
As for some prophets that prophesy against Tinubu victory before and after election, Pastor Ajibade said ‘It is very obvious that those pastors are talking with flesh, they did not listen to the voice of God, they were clouded by the pain of muslim-muslim ticket and fail to allow God to do his job, no one can change God way because his ways are not our own ways.
Conclusively he said “The Tinubu I know have capacity and all it takes to lead Nigeria and I am very sure this country will record a registered success during his tenure, I also use this medium to appeal to whoever is angry to accept whatever happens as the will of God, Nigeria have to move on and all the clerics dolling out fake prophecies should return to the sanctuary, the congregation needs them.
