Central.bank governor, Godwin Emefiele has refused to appear before the Senate claiming he is indisposed.
Emefiele is being summoned by the senate to come and clear issue on money retriction.
He missed the first invite on the note that he escorted President Buhari to Canada.
Emefiele said he would not be able to honor the second invite owimg to illness
