Broadcasters’ Zone of Association of Professional Wedding Engagement Coordinator Of Nigeria, APWECON honours her matron, Mrs Oluwakemi Adu with a beautiful photo frame in honour of her birthday.
The marriage compere wing, on Monday 8th of August 2022, gathered at DaSilva Estate, Oko Oba area of Lagos State, house of the matron to celebrate a great icon in the field.
Giving her speech to mark the day, Mrs Begbaji,a senior fellow in the association, who also dual as Lagos State Secretary of APWECON appreciated the Broadcaster's Zone for honouring their matron and also use the medium to advise them to further embrace cooperation among themselves so as to be rank among the best within the association.
Also present at the event is Mrs Oludepo,the chairperson of Ifako/Ijaye Zone of APWECON who also expresses her happiness towards the broadcasters’ for honouring their matron, she remind them to be upright in whatever they do, as they also stand to correct people in accordance with their profession
In her response, the chairperson of Broadcaster's Zone, Mrs Folashade Balogun also known as Idunnu “We are here to honour our matron, adviser and mentor; we pray she will live long in sound health. We also appreciate our colleagues present here to mark this special day with us; Broadcaster's Zone appreciates your kind gesture".
Conclusively, the Broadcaster's Zone extends their appreciation towards the new Governor of their noble profession, Chief Mrs Matilda Sipeolu, thanking her for visiting their Zone few weeks ago; they all pray that her tenure will register a lot of success.
