YCYW SUGGESTS CLEANSING OF YORUBA LAND

The sad news on the loss of lives of young citizens of our country is fast becoming a reoccurring daily decimal scenario, most especially in the southwest region, conspicuously we receive so many shocking news of disastrous incidents occur with huge toll claims on lives of innocent young Nigerians.

Regrettably, some of the deceased victims are born great future leaders, unfortunately they are denied of the full odd of greatness the future holds.

Following the recent sad news negatively affecting some of our brothers and sisters, amongst which are; Timothy Adegoke, Sylvester Oromoni, Badagry saga children's, lekki massacre,  Igangan killings, Yewa deaths, Modakeke killings, and ghastly accident that claimed lives of 12 school pupils at Ojodu Berger in Lagos amongst other unfortunate incidents under investigations by our security experts respectively.

Hence, the leadership of the Apex Yoruba Youths Interest group; Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide under the Presidency of Aare Barr. Oladotun Hassan, is using this medium to call on the prompt attention of all Yoruba Spiritual leaders,  fathers and mothers across all faiths (i.e Islam, Christian and Traditional) and all well meaning Nigerians to swiftly delve into seclusions for prayers so as to bring this mirage of sad news to an end in our land.

Our hearts are therefore with the families of the deceased as we pray for God's fortitude to be with them and may God in His infinite mercy forgive the shortcomings of all our deceased persons and grant them eternal rest.

Yoruba ni mi, ọmọ kaaro ojiire!

Signed:
Ogbeni Ajibode Abdulkabir Olawale
